Internal Poaching is defined as any direct or indirect effort to pressure, prompt or hint to a member's transfer or departure from a department outside of the approved recruitment or transfer process.

External Poaching is defined as the act of where a third-party entity, usually a separate server solicits a transfer from West Coast Roleplay to their community. Any external poaching incidents must be reported to the Foundership Team as soon as it occurs.

Handling Poaching Offenses

Ranks Below Command

Individual departments are responsible for investigating and handling poaching cases involving ranks below Command.

  • Compliance: Punishments are decided by the High Command of the department where it occurred. Department Coordination only intervenes when deemed necessary.
  • Reporting: All cases relating to poaching must be reported to Department Coordination for tracking purposes.
  • Fairness: Departments must remain entirely unbiased, especially when handling poaching. If a department cannot handle a case objectively, Department Coordination reserves the right to intervene.

Command and High Command Ranks

Any poaching cases involving a Command or High Command member must be immediately escalated to Department Coordination. Departments are strictly prohibited from resolving these high-level cases internally.

If a department's High Command team demonstrates repeated incidents of poaching, the entire department may face systemic consequences and sanctions enforced by Department Coordination.
