AI Usage Policy
Our policies for usage of Artificial intelligence
At WCRP, we pride ourselves in our ability to create unique and detailed assets, however, we understand that some tasks may not be possible. This is why we have the AI Usage Policy, which outlines our policies for the usage of AI within departments, subdivisions and units.
Allowed Usage
We allow the usage of AI for the following purposes:
- AI Text Enhancement (Such as paraphrasing, rewording or AI-powered spellcheck)
- Mockups
- Reference Points
Disallowed Usage
We do not allow the usage of AI for the following purposes:
- Image Generation (Logos, ADs, Banners, Informative Posters, etc.)
- Documents (unless it falls under the allowed usage)
- Applications
- Rank Structures
- S.O.P Structures
There may be some usage of AI not included here, assume that it isn't allowed.
Potential Sanctions
Departments are expected to sanction subdivisions that violate these policies, however if departments violate these policies, or fail to sanction correctly, they may be sanctioned for violations of the AI Usage Policy, punishments could range from Department Strikes, to Department Shutdowns depending on severity and number of previous sanctions.
